Common questions

A few things you may want to know before contacting us.

Where should I start if I am unsure what is wrong?

Describe what you are trying to do, what happens instead and any error you can see. The assistant can help organise those details before we discuss a next step.

Can you help outside the Marina Alta?

Yes, you are welcome to ask. Pego is our starting point; we consider nearby towns, remote help and farther visits according to the location and work involved.

Can we discuss the cost before work starts?

We discuss the scope and costs before agreeing the work. Parts, travel and further investigation can affect the total, so share the details of your situation.

Is remote help suitable for every issue?

Software and settings may be suitable. Physical damage, a device that will not start or a problem with coverage can need hands-on checks.

Do you help with holiday homes?

Tell us how the property is used, who needs access and whether someone will be there. We can discuss Wi-Fi, cameras and connected devices around those needs.

Can you explain things without technical jargon?

That is the aim. Tell us what you are comfortable with and which task you would like to learn; we can break it into practical steps.

What information helps with a Wi-Fi problem?

The rooms or outdoor spaces affected, the router location and whether the connection drops everywhere or only in one place are useful starting points.

Can you help with a website or local visibility?

Yes. Share what your business needs visitors to do: contact you, book, buy or find information. We can discuss a website and visibility plan around that goal.

What if my question is not covered here?

Please get in touch. You do not need the right technical term or a confirmed diagnosis to start a conversation.

Do I need to choose a town from the suggestions?

No. Location is optional and you can enter your own address or place name. Availability is discussed individually.
