Can you set up a second monitor?
Yes, including cable routing, resolution and scaling so everything looks right.
Do you supply the hardware or just set it up?
Either. We can recommend and source it, or set up what you already have.
What should I share about a monitor or dock problem?
The laptop, monitor and dock models and the cable connections. A photo of the ports helps.
Why does a cable fit but give no picture?
A connector’s shape does not show every function it supports. Port, cable, adapter and display must all support the connection.
Can you make a shared desk easier?
Yes. Tell us who uses it and which devices connect.
My printer works from one device but not another.
Tell us which devices can print and how the printer connects. That separates a network problem from a driver or app setting.
What should I share about a monitor or docking problem?
Please include the model of your laptop or computer, the monitor, the dock and how everything is connected. A photo of the ports is often more useful than a description like “the usual USB cable”.
Why does a cable fit but not give me a picture?
It happens a lot. The shape of a connector does not tell you everything it can do. The computer port, cable, adapter and display must all support the connection you want, so we check them together.
Can you help make a shared desk easier to use?
Yes, gladly. Tell us who uses the desk and which devices they connect. Depending on the equipment, a practical setup may involve display settings, a dock, keyboard and mouse choices or tidier cable routing.
What if my printer works from one device but not another?
That is a common puzzle, and usually fixable. Tell us which devices can print, whether the printer uses Wi-Fi or a cable and any error message you see. That helps us tell a connection problem apart from an app, driver or device setting.
