Will my photos come across?
Usually yes. We check where they are stored first and confirm together that they arrived.
Can you set up a phone I bought elsewhere?
Yes. Where you bought it does not matter.
What should I prepare?
Both devices charged, your account passwords and access to your phone number for verification codes.
Do all apps move automatically?
No. WhatsApp, banking and some other apps need their own steps. We plan these with you.
When can I erase the old phone?
Only after we have checked together that everything important is on the new device.
Can you make the phone easier to read?
Yes. Text size, contrast and the home screen can be adjusted to suit you.
What should I prepare before moving to a new phone?
Keep your old phone to hand and charged, check your backup and make sure you can use your account recovery method. Tell us about any important apps, photos or messages you especially want to keep.
Will every app move across automatically?
Not always, but we can go through it together. Some apps need a fresh login, a separate backup or another setup step. Banking, authentication and messaging apps deserve special attention before the old device is erased.
When is it safe to erase the old phone?
Take your time. Wait until you have checked the new phone, your important files and your access to your accounts. A transfer finishing is not the same as knowing that everything you need is there.
Can the phone be easier to read and use?
Very likely. Depending on the device, text size, contrast, notification settings and shortcuts can all help. Tell us what is difficult in your everyday use, so the adjustments suit you instead of changing everything at once.
