Not by itself. The listing simply tells us where you are. Share your address and what you need, and we talk through suitability, availability, travel and any costs before anything is agreed.
Can the problem be sorted out remotely?
Often, yes. Many software and account issues can be handled remotely. Physical damage, wiring and equipment on site may need a visit. Describe what you see first and we suggest the best option together.
What if my neighbourhood is not listed?
No problem at all. Enter your own place name or address in the contact form. You do not need to pick an entry from the list.

We are based in Adsubia, in the Marina Alta. The Marina Alta is our core area, and we are happy to help in neighbouring areas too. Travel costs are calculated from Adsubia.
How are travel costs calculated?
One flat fee per visit, depending on the region your town is in, from €15 in Adsubia to €90 in Benidorm. It covers the round trip and travel time. Remote support and PC Clinic drop-offs have no travel costs.
Can you help with larger projects further away?
Yes, for larger projects we may travel further by individual arrangement. Tell us about the project and we will talk it through.
